applesauce with chunks (can 3 L)
This applesauce is made from mechanically peeled apples, unlike most common applesauces which are prepared with apples having been peeled chemically. Our light yellow applesauce with chunks also distinguishes itself—in terms of quality—from sieved applesauce because of its better texture and taste. In sieved applesauce, the entire apple is cut to pieces, boiled and subsequently sieved, causing the skin and core to sometimes add a bitter taste to the end product. An exquisite combination of different apple varieties guarantees that our applesauce has a harmonic flavour without having any extra sugar added to it. Suitable for pies and flans.

Colour and exterior: yellow ochre uniform puree, solid texture, shiny exterior. Pleasant sweet flavour with slightly sour touch. High quality as the sauce is made from pears that were picked rather than picked up. Nicely mixed with plum puree. Can be baked in the oven.
